Mac look on windows

When i was using this windows for more than years i was just thinking of more attractive wall papers, start up menu changes.I use to check with my friends for more new features available in windows.When i saw this mac then i just wanted to buy the mac, since its price is high i didnt go.Then i tried searching for the docks wall papers.Before that i found this windows vista most of the people will use it may be for the fun or official use good looking one. But there is something lags, the people who use mac they blame windows and they wont like to use.
