For Jobs You Need This Quality

Only one thing I need to tell you is when your in job or if you need job. You should have some good qualities in you. One is you should be capable of listening completely what they tell you. You should get committed to those work every day. If you don’t remember the work or your facing any problem then you need to keep reminder in your mobile or outlook or mails which you use frequently. This is one thing which is most important.
Secondly thing is that you should be obedient and sincere to them. Speak truth nothing goes wrong, they will excuse you. If you done some wrong things and want to escape this will be very difficult and you might lose your job too.
Third thing is that quality in your work. For example if you’re a data base maintaining executive then you need to check spell check in your writing. If possible enable spell check in your system. You should check all the data are correct or not . That is most important . If you sending wrong data it might affect the people who are following you. You should also look at your reference point.
Fourth is you should respond to the person who ask you any thing. The feedback is most important. This will give weight to your behavior or character.
When your into management, you will know more about this qualities. If you see managers , senior managers or any other higher position persons, how they speak? How they interact with others?
